Welcome to SunLynk. LL Media, LLC, doing business as SunLynk ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), operates the website sunlynk.com and related services ("Service"). SunLynk is a marketing and lead generation platform. We connect homeowners interested in residential solar installations with independent, licensed solar installation companies in their area. SunLynk does not perform solar installations directly and is not responsible for the quality, pricing, or workmanship of any Solar Partner.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Service are owned by LL Media, LLC or licensed to us. You may not use our brand name, logos, or materials without prior written permission.
We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree to our data practices as described therein.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SunLynk does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any Solar Partner will contact you within a specific timeframe.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LL Media, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any solar installation performed by a Solar Partner. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to SunLynk in the preceding six (6) months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LL Media, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of false or misleading information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal law. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
